Your Guide to Mens Health - Part 2

Written by Lee

A lot has happened since I laid down the skin on www.yourguidetomenshealth.co.uk including

  • Tony Blair has resigned
  • The UK has a new Prime Minister in Gordon Brown
  • The BBC’s Alan Johnston has been released from captivity
  • MSN’s online search market has shrunk again
  • The Spice Girls have reunited
  • Ricky Gervais was left wanting at the memorial gig for Princess Diana

before you get into the maet of this post, have a read of my prior blog on YourGuidetoMensHealth.co.uk

But more importantly for the Mens Health site YourGuideToMensHealth.co.uk, the site has now a whole bunch of results appearing in Google, which given the age of the site and the fact the SEO team has only recently got to grips with the site is very encouraging.

Don’t get me wrong, Your Guide To Men’s Health is not #1 for ‘Mens Health‘ yet, but the site is at least on the road to a healthy stream of traffic. One of the main problems the site is going to have in the battle to attain high listings is the lack of fresh on-topic content being applied to the site on a regular basis.

There are some excellent men’s health sites currently occupying high status in Google at this time. The magazine Mens Health occupies the #1 spot for the term of the same name and to be honest there is going to be little to shift this behemoth from its position, part of the reason as to why this site is the #1 in Google is because it has on-topic information added to the site on a daily basis.

That does not mean to say that we cannot get Your Guide to Mens Health to compete. Where Men’s Health has a widespread appeal across all number of health issues for Men, Your Guide to Men’s health is more focused towards specific ailments and their prevention as well as a cure.

If you are looking for cataract surgery in London, the YourGuidetoMensHealth.co.uk is the site to visit, whereas if you are looking for the latest dietary advice on which sandwiches to eat and not to eat then MensHealth.co.uk is for you.

I’ll give you an update of where we are with this site next month as I expect to have gained further strength for YourGuidetoMensHealth.co.uk in the coming weeks.
